Whether you prefer to dip, drizzle, or marinate, these fantastic sauces are designed to infuse richness, spiciness, and freshness into your cooking or favourite snack.

Crafted with love, they are inspired by:

•      My experience in the kitchen as a top chef.

•      My travels across the globe.

•      The cherished home-cooked meals of my upbringing.

I have developed a selection of recipes to bring to life the flavours of each sauce, which I will be sharing on social media, so make sure you’re following @McTSingh!

The Vision

After my Road Trip pop-up at Apex last summer, which explored street food from my travels across the globe, we received phenomenal feedback on the new range of sauces featured on my menu.

The vision behind my sauces is to take the British public and their taste buds on a journey from Scotland to India and beyond. The concept has always been to create "lip-smacking" dishes, blending street food styles and flavours from around the world. Whether used as an accompaniment to Haggis Pakora or Fish Tacos, it's all done Tony Style!

Just like savouring Churros from a street vendor in Valencia, my new sauces offer a fun-filled, taste-bud-tingling experience where simple, delicious dishes are king.

Tamarind sauce

My personal favourite - taste the fantastic blend of tanginess and sweetness with my Tamarind Sauce. Amp up your creations with the sour, sharp, and sweet flavour that the fruit of the evergreen tamarind tree brings to the table.

Whether you’re blending it into a savoury sauce, using it as a glaze, or enjoying it as a flavourful dip for your crisps, it’s a great alternative to BBQ sauce and a must for your kitchen cupboard.

For a sensational taste that you’ll keep coming back for more, I suggest trying it with anything grilled – whether it’s juicy fish, savoury meats, or crunchy veggies.

Mango & Chili Sauce

Combining the luscious sweetness of alphonso Indian mango with a hint of chilli, Mango & Chill is a family favourite and the ideal option for those who like a slightly milder flavour.

Use as a glaze for seafood, meat and grilled veggies or serve alongside your favourite spring rolls, dipping generously. It's insanely flavourful!

For a fun twist, I love drizzling it on my cheese and onion sandwiches – might sound a bit strange, but trust me, the taste is fantastic. Spruce up your dishes and add burst of flavour that will transform any meal.

Coriander & mint chutney

Dive into the lively flavours of my Coriander and Mint sauce – a zesty, refreshing chutney that adds a burst of freshness to every bite. The crispness of mint leaves and the vibrant citrusy notes of coriander team up to take whatever you pair it with to a whole other level.

I love using it for jazzing up my Sunday roasts or giving my midweek meals a pop. Dip your veggies in or add it to your mushy peas and your fish and chips will never taste the same again… can’t say I didn’t warn you!
